@ThomasWic totally agree. I grew to despise this demand to let mediocre management suck my brain so that they could look good to their bosses. You wanna brainstorm, then be thoughtfully provocative. Actively invest in finding a solution. Pedestrian “Thoughts?” Is a hallmark of mediocrity. Unfortunately, Sarah Palin is a frequent practitioner of the art.
