While the stores sold few goods, they did have a $4.99 tie rack in each store. But the ties never sold. My partner had an idea (he was 11-12 at this time): raise the prices of the ties. Sure enough, now priced at $21.99, the ties sold out of every store. They learned no one wants to wear a $4.99 tie. Same tie -- at four times the price -- bingo

But the movie was outstanding.I have watched almost every movie that you have suggested. I think there's only one or two left on my list. @scottgfx I've had an Amiga 2000 and a 500!!I worked at a company selling PC's and clones. IBM came to show us the new OS/2 with multi-tasking!!! and the new MicroChannel bus!!!!Under my breath, I said, "my amiga 2000 has multi-tasking and the bus does arbitration. AND it has color graphics!!The Amiga could have been a gamechanger.It was, in video. I think the show Robocop was done with Amigas.@JonGrubb @ThomasWic

@trueblueTEX In college, I had access to a PS/2 Model 60 with the high res 8514/A graphics. Nice machine, but cost 10x my Amiga, and most ran DOS or Windows 2.1 on them.

@trueblueTEX :) Yes. But we had an Achilles Heel, in that we didn't have protected memory. All compromises to build systems more inexpensively. The classic Mac was worse with Cooperative Multitasking. I still have all my Amiga stuff.

@ThomasWic @drawandstrike In college a young man who became a good friend of mine was a Malaysian national. He had never been to the US but spoke "perfect" English. I spent months teaching him slang and he always thanked me for that!
