       @thomasfuchs @evilchili That's similar behaviour to Lisp though. Wouldn't a proper shouting language be one where the source code is written in upper case? That would be old versions of Fortran and Cobol for example.

       @thomasfuchs @evilchili I love REXX, it's a fantastic scripting system for any env; OS/2 made great use of it. The E and E/PM editors written in REXX are obviously all about scripting.I wrote a ton of programs for clients which were thousands of lines of REXX with a little teeny GUI shell in C it controlled.
