       I live in Uganda. When the villagers want to catch a monkey they put a shiny object inside a tethered cage. Once the monkey reaches in and grabs it. His closed fist is too large to pull out between the bars if the cage but he refuses to let the shiny object that has captivated his mind go, even as his captor approaches. He will scream and jump around, but will not let it go - to his own demise. The villagers know this, and use it. Just thought I would share this.
