@gael When you're creating a post, click the second icon from the left under the edition box (a kind of stack thing)... et voilà!

@gael Android One devices share ROM images amongst their generations. One ROM can expand support to more than one phone that way. This covers the Nokia lineup, the Mi A series, and some others.

@gael It's the easier thing to do, you have the icon when you're going to toot something below.I don't know why Nokia isn't supported in most ROMs out there and Nokia is great with Android One and many models now. It'd be great if you do something with Nokia models.

@gael good idea of popularity and portability over on the #LineageOS supported devices list, then maybe check which are the most popular XDA developers forums device discussion sections (recent) to see potential interest. Some devices will port more easily, Google Nexus etc while others: Sony? less so maybe. The huge increase in lesser known Chinese phones shouldn't be ignored, esp Xiaomi, while others have some open-source interest..Umidigi iirc?

@gael How about some support for EoL devices? I loved my Alcatel Idol 3 (6039Y) but it got stuffed so full of spammy updates from TCL (Candy Gallery) as to be unusable, which is shocking as it was otherwise a cracking little phone. I replaced it last year with a Mi A2 Lite which I'll happily #ungoogle once its Android One support comes to an end.
