in an ideal society, the government would specify 64 different policies such as "increase education funding" and "introduce tax benefits", and then the population would vote for them in a tournament bracket. the top 8 get implemented and the bottom 8 have the opposite policy implemented

in an ideal society, every month the population would be divided into three groups. each group votes on a word, such as "exports" or "funding", without being able to contact the other two. the three words are put together to form a sentence, and this becomes the basis of a new law
