@kurisu @pandentia Germany and Switzerland and Austria have 16.7 Hz electrification, it doesn't need to be same as the general electric network

@kurisu 49 is low, yes, but it isn't emergency shutdown low. i'd expect industrial equipment to cope with anything down to 47.5
