@garfiald I dunno, most of my 'opinions' are just facts that I offer up because I don't feel authoritative enough to have opinions. And I'm pretty tentative about those facts. For instance, I'll say, William Henry Ireland was infamous in the 1790's for forging several Shakespeare plays he claimed to have 'discovered' from some undisclosed treasure trove. Also that's about the only shakespeare related fact I know. Oh wait! I do have one opinion: I liked Julie Taymor's Titus. It was kind of funny though in that it effectively typecast Anthony Hopkins as a gentleman cannibal

@garfiald it's better as a literary work than a theatrical one imo because, yeah, when staged, it can be pretty boring. It's really up to set design, props, costumes, and theater magic to bring alive the, well, magic of the show.
