@erin @absturztaube I dont have the tools right now but seems like a pretty easy code to crack though. With a simple analisis you can figure out that 't' marks the beginning of the message. Each message has a code formed by three characters, what the first (prefix) one is exactly is unknown at this moment but the two on the right contains the meaningfull part.'I', 'n' and 'j' are common prefixes. The end of the message is marked with an 'A', with an accent that I suspect serves as a parity check. Either 'Á' or 'À'.The encryption is pretty weak though since there are many repetitions clearly visible. A simple byte analisis should reveal more facts about the code. But Im not on my computer rn.

@erin @absturztaube If the meaning of each set of characters is subject to the ASCII value of each character, following an algorithm to find the original character, I have a good chance of figuring it out if I get a few samples, analize their values, and compare them. Knowing or suspecting what words appear on each message will help you.I mean, if humanity could decypher the german communications during WWII using a "bomb machine", then your messages can also be decoded with some analisis. At most you might have used different codes on a one time pad system, still one might find out with enough time and patience.

@erin @absturztaube Yeah, I thought you were encoding messages using your own algorithm, I didn't see your explanation since I wasn't on my computer. But now that I know what it is, I lost my interest on it.I wasn't far off though since it's some kind of encoding. Being an artificial language might make it difficult to figure out the content but it's still possible.

@erin @absturztaube Yeah. Their numeric system is also good, not too far from ours. Except they use symbols for powers of 10 instead of single units in decimal. And they also use parts of the eye of Horus as symbols for fractions.

So it's valid.

@erin @absturztaube @cdmnky :shrug_akko:Well, it's slightly complex anyways. Specially since it uses unicode on it's output instead of plain ASCII.The texts are basically just the ASCII character value of the message substracted to the last character in they egyptian hieroglyph unicode table. It's that simple. However, the output is padded with random characters. It might be padded every 3rd or 4th character with a random one.To know when it is padded, the first character determines that. The first character is a random character. If it's even, the output gets padded every 4th character. Otherwise, every 3rd character. The last character I think it's a unicode bug. It's not supposed to be there, but it can serve as a way to know where the message ends, so I left it there as an additional hint. It's really simple and stupid but It's too late and my brain can't handle this any longer.𓈿𓎷𓏠𓆋𓎓𓎗𓍂𓎙𓎘𓄹𓎌𓏠𓉁𓎙𓎑𓎎𓏠𓎌𓆟𓎑𓏠𓏞𓎍𓎔𓍸𓎛𓎛𓌠𓎐𓏠𓀿𓎟𓎒𓀢𓎜𓏠𓁠𓎌𓎎𓅍𓎇𓏠𓈝𓎌𓎑𓌊𓏠𓎘𓉑𓎟𓎊𓁋𓎛𓏠𓅡𓎜𓎎𓊋𓎛𓎟𓉰𓎓𓎍𓄻𓏠𓎟𓅛𓎞𓎑𓏨𓎋𓎌𓋱𓏠𓎝𓂒𓎋𓎌𓍂𓎛𓏠𓊒𓎝𓎟𓊍𓎌𓎙𓏧𓎗𓎎𓋛𓎔𓎍𓃋𓏶image.png
