Given the stance that Fedilab is taking, I will be blocking that client from being able to access x0r.be in the future. If you're using that client, now is the time to switch to a multitude of capable ones.There should be a cost for Fedilab for enabling hate speech.

@michel_slmMore probably, fedilab is not hatespeach friendly, and doesn't care about the bad decisions that isolated instance administrators make. If it becomes less isolated, dealing with this kind of block is indeed easier than making the block itself. Which is one of the reasons why this is a very "unwise" (and I use that word to remain civilised) decision.@szbalint

@xj9 yeah I did. There would be nothing wrong about Firefox or Chrome blocking white supremacist content on the browser level from an ethical perspective. It’s the wrong layer to do the blocking from the technical perspective though. In case of general purpose browsers dns providers, domain registrars and cdns etc should do the blocking.I should finish my blogpost about this...
