@pry @wizard I just use Thunar because of best compatibility with XFCE which is my alternate DE. Wouldn't mind trying pcmanfm tho. What do you like about it?

@march @usdcollector ive been using ls and other coreutils which are really nice (plus tree which is nice to get a mental image of the dir structure)fzf is pretty life changing thoum i need to get better at coreutils tho tbh

@pry @usdcollector There's this fzf-vim plugin that is also pretty life-changing. Works exactly like fzf but various functions and can be invoked from vim. Can be git aware so it only searches files tracked by your git repo.

@pry @wizard I do use i3 as well but yeah pretty much. If I wanted to be lighter I would just have i3 and that's it, and maybe I would then choose that.
