       @ng0 it's actually simpler than most zone-based systems, as people generally go to prague or from prague, so it's just few circles, i guess it's quite easy. zones with tons of local exceptions rules and what-not are harder to work out

       @pony looks like Berlin to me. even the 4th time getting to berlin prices were confusing as heck, and all for distances you could even walk because berlin is so small.

       @ng0 the entire city of prague[1] is that one big gray zone in the center (except it actually counts as three and... ) and you just get a plastic card that says you can travel on anything there for a year and that's it, even as a tourist, you just get ticket that says how many minutes or days it is valid for and you're done, only commuters from out of the city need to care about this really[1] which already extends to cover lot of nearby villages, it's not like you walk out of the center and you're in a different zone, you'd have to walk all the way through few suburbs, forest or two, and only then you're out of prague
