       @rdh according to https://redshirtsalwaysdie.com/2019/01/12/star-trek-picard-prime-timeline-series/ it's more likely that Picard plays in the Prime timeline, as it deals with the aftermath of the destruction of Romulus according to Alex Kurtzman; an event that while it *created* the Kelvin timeline, isn't the result of the Kelvin timeline. In fact, we don't even know if Romulus ends up being destroyed in the K timeline. @cwebber
