I played a lot of SFIV when I was younger but most of my current fighting game background has been in anime fighters, so I wasn't sure how nice the change of pace would be. But T7 still looks pretty popular, has the #1 amount of entrants at EVO this year and still sits steady at 2k players on Steam day to day, so I'm definitely interested!

@StarglassRabbit idk if this was a response to me because you didn't tag me,,, but i'm the same, i spend a lot of time at a local arcade playing anime fighters so i didn't think 3d fighters were for me, but tekken is surprisingly easy to learn and yea like you said it's super popular so it's really alive!

@L But yeah, I was just looking into character movelists just now and it's like, they're pretty long, but it's still easy to digest somehow :blobsweat:

@StarglassRabbit tbh it's simpler than learning something like unist lmao, the inputs aren't that confusing if you know notation. the thing is that characters are really fluid in their attacks, so it's more about memorizing what combos into what, rather than learning a string of combos and being static, you need to be very dynamic and fluid.(pic is a normal tutorial unist combo xd)image.png
