       Deer in the Amsterdam DunesThe Dunes are used to filter Amsterdam's drinking water through sand, so at ground level they are a nature reserve. Easily accessible by public transit!

       These look strange to my Canadian eyes because I'm used to (white-tailed) deer that are spotted only as fawns. Fallow deer, though, retain their spots throughout life.
