@Amrit @Reachnmn @ramparmar @akarshanbiswas @TrueIndologyI think you are wrong in it, most of them do donate in most of Cities there are small Hindu Trust (created by local people) which run mostly on donations.They do help you if you need although they do lack a little unity.
