       Bought a #Thinkpad x1 Carbon 3rd gen from a buddy yesterday for $180. It's a little beat up but it's beefy. 1440p screen and i7 chip. Touch screen. I'll be getting some replacement parts but this will probably become my daily driver now.

       @art @dpreacher so it's basically like a left mouse-click where wherever you touch? Can you two-finger touch for right-click, or anything similar? This is good to hear that it's at least functional, as I was getting a lot of mixed messages when looking in to this recently.

       @art still magnificent machines. I got t440s 2 years ago for something around $300, still rocks, although I could use a battery replacement.
