New neighbors upstairs..they moved in about 2 months ago. All i hear is running,stomping sounds like they are lifting weights or moving furniture 24/7.The girl dropped her phone last night down into my patio (she looked stoned)She banged on my door at 2 am asking me to get it for her.My doxies went crazy.I had to move stuff-a small table/my dyson and shampooer to get to the sliding door i never use (privacy/safety issues here)..she just did it again. Oy vey 😣

@JM I entertained that thought for a minuit..but its a fenced patio with no gate..only access is thru my patio door..I didnt want her or someone up there climbing over it

@Lisa22 shes done it twice..how on earth hasnt her phone busted apart is what im wondering but both times it landed-once was on a lawn chair,and once on a plastic bag of potting soil i have out there..shes lucky

@Dawnz Just put out some pails of water every night and bring them back in the morning - worth it!
