       @debugninja @Gargron I still think most people were, maybe they expected the wrong things from this season. I could totally accept what they were going for until now but this episode did everything important wrong

       @debugninja @Gargron While I found the decisions made during this episode to be more controversial, I saw this episode as the one most in line with GRRM's tendency to surprise, shock, and often disappoint his readers.  The TV writers haven't always done a good job following in his footsteps, sometimes cooking up resolutions that are far too clean.  This episode was ugly, messy, and frustrating; so is Westeros.

       @NoPunIn10Did @Gargron the main story points seem fine its just so rushed that things like Dany becoming the mad queen feel unearned.  Like the seeds were there but TV is a visual medium and it feels like we had a 4 episode turn form white jesus to burn them all.
