@druid Haha it's okay, the same thing happened for me too, maybe that's why i was cold to you. Maybe it was in sync, like for you it was abstract and hard to place, and I don't see it anymore. For me it feels more like perspective than a line-shift though, although maybe they're the same thing. I liked being those characters more than the knight - but I did still dress as him sometiems! - because they were rogues.)My best friend at the time took to wearing the girls' clothing.He had a stupid, ignorant father who beat his son for crossdressing and then tried to bring beef to our house about it. My parents explained that they had put the dresses in there for the girl who lived next door to us, and had offered no guidance. If their son liked wearing them, then they should think abut what that tells them about their son.After a childhood involved in the feminine side of things (I caught him watching gen 3 My Little Pony more than once), my friend did eventually realise that he was a gay man, though he found he was more comfortable with masculine outlets for it. He particularly enjoyed bestial power fantasies, such as lycanthropy, and most of his sexual fantasies would be firmly in the realm of what we now consider gachimuchi.It's interesting to me how he was helped to self-discover by crossdressing even if he ultimately decided he didn't really want or need to do it as a teenager and adult. That suggests a link between his desire to express himself in a feminine way, and his homosexuality - even though he ended up expressing his homosexuality in a more masculine fashion.Either way, the moral of the story is that all of this was done without any pushing, without any guidance.
