       @Debradelai @ThomasWic i do think the 'think tank' factions within the trump admin have forseen this as a potential. i would wager they have made some 'ameliorating' preparations.that does not negate the clear and present personal danger of the public individuals but is most likely contingent on civil unrest proportionally and events masquerading as foreign terrorism.

       @Debradelai @ThomasWic I didn’t want to be in need of having to step up (sharpening), my personal defenses at home and when traveling hoping to never need it, time to face reality. I’d rather be prepared now, then to later wish I was. Living 3 hours from the border isn’t my major concern, traveling from point A to point B is. Unfortunately, legally I can only conceal carry in 37 states, the other 13 are a risk.

I’m counting on that never happening.I’d much rather be armed than say to myself, I wish I had my firearm today when I needed it.

       @Debradelai @maat @ThomasWic Many folks simply cannot comprehend that these folks are literally fighting for their lives. They will do ANYTHING within their scope. Anyone who underestimates them does so at their peril. How do I know this? Because my dad lived through the Chinese Revolution and the fall of Hanoi and lived to tell about it as a Greek ex-pat. Folks simply think everyone is on the same moral/ethical/cultural playing field and they absolutely are NOT.
