       Dammit, I have no idea how to describe a dodeahedral structure. Is there a standard terminology for this like cis and trans or fac and mer but for higher coordination numbers? #RealTImeChem #chemTwitter #geometry

       (yes, cis and trans means things in chemistry. Cis means 'on the same side' and trans means 'on opposite sides'.Fac means the three vertexes around a face 'around a face" and mer means the three vertexes along a meridian. #Chemistry
