Phrases suggested for confronting someone about harassment in my company's harassment seminar: "I have a concern" "I wanted to come to you first" "Is now a good time?" It's a pretty boilerplate presentation. So if you don't work in an office, and are wondering three years from now why those phrases have come to take on an ominous tone, now you know.

More harassment seminar stuff: This story the speaker is telling about two officemates not talking to each other is way too long and specific.

This case about an "overhugger" not really being harassing is also a little too specific (because she's hugging everybody, there's not a protected class involved!)

I didn't catch this before. It wasn't corporate HR, it was from an external HR company. So you will definitely see those magical phrases used.
