@prydt yes it is difficult, bcuz our human minds have evolved over centuries that we need to stick together in a tribe for survival, so we care what others think, worry about pleasing everyone. But we also live in houses now, not caves, & we can think rationally, not just emotionally, and practice helps make it easier

@prydt @Ball It's natural to care about what people think. Because our tribe-oriented monkey brains were never built for the age of the internet, high level of urbanization and people who can ruin your day just because they feel like it, while being thousands of kilometers away.As we need to filter the amount of incoming information, we also need to filter our social interactions and the impact they have on us. Care about people who deserve it and ignore the rest.
