Smiles are important to me.Both my parents had phony smiles. It was because they had terrible problems.GENUINE smiles tell me everything I need to know about people.Trump often shows a genuine smile. I did make one friend at work, when I turned to face her to answer her question. She liked that.My fondest memory of first grade was a lady coaxing me to smile for the camera. @ThomasWic People commented on my "best pics" may not know they were cropped, taken with my family. The solo shots are never the same, even though I *think* my smile doesn't change. Others seem to know better...

@baldilocks @ThomasWic I avoided listening to him speak as much as I possibly could -still do. I understood who and what he was, destroying our country from within intentionally.

@lisapretzel @baldilocks @ThomasWic I was too busy with my family and struggling to pay attention to him but when I did see him speak , I got a chill up my spine. On his inauguration night , I watched him speak for about 10 minutes and all I could think of was he is trying to brain wash as he spoke and the 5 Horsemen, I turned it off and always turned the channel to avoid him like the plague I felt he was and still is on our country.

@GenesRayBurn @ThomasWic @baldilocks I was living in France in the 2008 election cycle. I didn’t actually hear Obama speak at length until his Inauguration. I didn’t vote for him, but I hoped he would be a factor for healing of black communities.As he began addressing the crowd, I was shocked at the violence of his words, the anger and contempt of his tone, his utter churlishness toward his predecessor. I walked away.The level of self-deception required to support him boggles the mind.

@ThomasWic @luvmycountry1 Ha! I’ve not been familiar with the term “body dismorphism.” Reading about it, I have a better understanding of a life long struggle with maintaining balance. A psychiatrist told me at 14 years of age, he’d never met anyone so cynical at my age; and the reason I hadn’t yet committed suicide, was because of my extraordinary sense of humor. Even treated with a diversity of prescribed meds, it’s not something one overcomes. I must learn your photographic techniques.
