       if I was the developer of #Mastodon I'd simply add a check to see if an account is #spam ming people with the same message and automatically ban them :blobshrug:

       If I were the developer of Mastodon it wouldn't be out of alpha yet and I wouldn't have had time yet to add the function to change your display name after registration.
