After every heavy lifting session I take a hot bath with epsom salts, apply thc-cbd lotion on my knees, ankles, and any other spot that needs extra love. Then I refuel with 150g of protein, and 2 solid additional liters of water. Before bed, I do some foam rolling and gentle stretching to prevent inflammation from settling in while I sleep.

@gazelle do you find that the cbd works well? I’ve been thinking of buying a cbd serum

@kirstyyarr I think it does help with topical inflammation and dryness of the skin and other things like chaffing that I deal with from moving and sweating a lot. It doesn't effect my muscles the way taking something internally does though.
