       this attack really was a twitch stream come to life, right down to the 'skins' on the guns & the 'subscribe to pewdiepie' as if it was the beginning or end of a clip. it's really a reminder that these social media companies, especially youtube, came to relevance thru platforming white supremacy. this is the consequence.

       @goodleftyfundies He wants a civil war and he knows he's gonna be a darling of the media and that they're going to smear anyone and anything he mentions, no matter the context, so he went all out with it.Media will lie, one side will fall for it, one will not, those sides will clash and social tension will increase.

       @matrix There are so many contradictions here...Social tension and clashes are already happening: this was a mass shooting directed at Muslims. Calling for peace after a mass shooting is peak liberalism. What even is “the media?” I’m talking about YouTube, you mentioned Facebook, but traditionally the media is like nbc or cnn. His beliefs came from somewhere and he said they came from ‘the Internet.’

       @goodleftyfundies That's my point. You shouldn't trust what he says, conscious effort went into writing the manifesto.White supremacist been here long before the internet and I'm not even surprised some people come to similar conclusions he did.
