When the hydrogen explosion happened, the plant staff was waiting for Tokyo to ok venting the explosive gasses. Tokyo, in turn, was conducting an environmental assessment.

@ThomasWic This made me mad as hell today. I guess because my daughters worked so hard to get through college. One with a learning disability and one was pregnant. It’s no wonder that so many college students are SJW’s. They not only got participation trophies growing up, they now get participation degrees. We stayed at a hotel in Montmartre for ten days.The hotel staff went out and told everyone on the block to be nice to us, because we were nice people.One of the best vacations I ever had.
