This think, its more of my case.I've set up 3 YunoHost servers (same fresh config)3 separate Domain with right dns records.2 instances works as expected and 1 acting strange.I've set more than 1 for testing propose. The one is not working well is actually Email server domain name and YunoHost server'@albert

@noorul I think that Yunohost is great as a small email + XMPP out of the box server, and able to add e.g. Nextcloud, Wordpress, Strut for a few users. But for more users and several email domains there are more fine grained options. There is the Christoph Haas howtos which look very decent https://workaround.org/ispmail but afaik it will not give you a nice admin GUI to add domains, email accounts and aliases. Same for https://thomas-leister.de/en/mailserver-debian-stretch/ though there is an admin interface in progress. I've tried iRedMail and I don't like it so much. I prefer a custom install with Postfixadmin for Postfix and Dovecot setup.

Ablert,I really wish to keep things simple. Just have Postfix and Dovecot but mail server is complex system and I am overwhelmed. For this year, it's huge step for me for own mail server.I've been using other service pders like many of users do.My stand is have a mail server suit with easy installation and admin dashboard is bonus.↘️As of now, I've YunoHost for primarily for its mail server alone. And I am looking into mail server suit for better control over mail system.I appreciate your suggestion.@albert

Others have suggested, Mail-in-a-box, Modoboa & Mail cow.I have not sure which to use. Mail cow is out as dockised which I don.t prefer. Please give suggestions and details for simple choice for mail server suite which consumes low resources and easy to setup.P.S. Modoboa requires 2 GB RAM@albert

@noorul I also don't like Docker so much. I can try to help you with the email problems with your Yunohost install.
