       @cdmnky The guard should not have shot him since he was outside of the gate and the streamer didn't draw his weapon, but the streamer should also not have provoked the guard first, assuming the "context" post in the thread is true, which I assume it is.As for handcuffing the streamer, if the police is in a state where firearms are legal, they can handcuff anyone they want just to be safe because they don't know if the person they are dealing is has a weapon or not, and they don't know if he might shoot at them or not.And this is why people should not be allowed to have weapons anywhere in the world.

       @proxeus @cdmnky even if he provoked the guard by filming him and acting confrontational, it doesn’t matter, because that’s still nowhere near justification for brandishing a firearm and shooting.
