       @kittybecca also the Chinese social credit system is used mostly to punish rich aasholes for hoarding money instead of putting it back into the community and the "punishments" are things like you have to ride coach class on the high speed train instead of first class lmao. I'd take that over US credit scores any day

Make no mistake, China is experimenting with a system that can be used to punish and suppress inconvenient people for the regime. Say something bad against the regime and there goes your social credit score - 1/3
