@thatcosmonaut Cutting back on caffeine has been harder than quitting alcohol. I thought it was overstimulating my appetite. I'm now just on caffeine at breakfast, with exceptions only if I'm doing something really, really boring. I feel the benefit now when I have coffee so it's been pretty good.

@thatcosmonaut the thing about getting to the 'man, I should cut back on caffeine' stage is that IME it was actually way less miserable to quit cold turkey than to be on the cycle of abstention, decreased dependence, jolting return to consumption, gradual increase in dependence, decision to abstain or cut back...
