       do you think the 90s trend for having a brick feature-wall (e.g. in your expensive new york apartment, which is where everyone lived in the 90s) is borne out of the same 'naked inner workings' impulse that led to the 'see through iMac' and all the other transparent plastic things like n64s and game boys?

       @jk idk but tranparent/translucent plastic was such a good fad i wish it could come back

       @jk I think it was more likely something that happened by accident at first because of the way people built additions onto existing buildings, and then became "cool" because some cool people lived in those additions.

       @jk alright but consider this: in the future they need to make transparent plastic again, but somehow have it's colour be changed on the fly
