The City of Seattle appears to have installed this surveillance hardware at the corner of Fairview and Denny.As best I can tell it's a Miovision Scout.https://miovision.com/datalink/scout/These pics were from yesterday. Pics from today to follow.

Walked by again today (it's on my way to work) and found it like this. One battery out of the case, one battery in. No screen. Plastic around the lock was destroyed

@finn I've been seeing those all over my city. The city moves them after a few days to a new spot. I figured they were to count traffic for road maintenance.

Walked by again today (it's on my route to work) and noticed that it says "anonymous traffic study equipment" but their marketing page says it does "Mac address capture". That's a funny definition of "anonymous"
