seriously he was a hardline vegan since my earliest memories, no animal products, asked restaurants to clean their utensils before cooking his food, all thathe raised me as a vegetarian and that's all i knowand now he expects me to just be fine with meat, with eating meat and being around meathe tries to get me to eat meat all the timemeat is *literally* more disgusting than human excrement, to me, and i don't know how to explain that to him any more clearly than i have

@landwolf i'm confused toohe started eating meat again, went keto, and basically ate a diet of 80% red meat for like 3 years, treating meat like some sort of panaceamy mom also stopped being vegetarian, but still only eats meat occasionallysomehow me and my middle younger sister are the only ones left who don't eat meat in the family now

@ky0ko that's wild, you'd think that switch would make him feel terrible I've come to really dislike the spread of the keto diet. I get the appeal - there was a time where "eat all the meat you physically can" was exactly what I wanted to hear but the elimination of carbs was too much for even my carnist ass
