@thomasfuchs wait I have the computer those came with up in the attic - a Texas Computer (something something) - and also some games I think.(My brother and I found it in the local area garbage room (for non household garbage) when we where kids and the previous owner had tried to solder it with glue for some reason, and my dad fixed it, bought some games for it and taught us how to write simple choose-your-own-adventure games on it)

@thomasfuchs My uncle had a TI 99/4A and didn't think it was punishment enough for his kids so he also had an Intellivision.I'm surprised my cousins still have full use of their hands.

@thomasfuchs One of the very first things that I did with my TI99/4A was get an adapter so that I never had to use the actual TI joysticks. These days I have a couple of Wico Ergosticks that I use with my C64, Atari 800XL, TI99/4A and one of my Amigas.
