       @lrz yes, except for the lasagna noodles (those are gluten-free tho). It’s still pretty low-carb as there’s not lot of noodles in there anyway. Bechamel sauce is a Keto variation (butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, mozzarella). Tasty!

       @thomasfuchs perhaps you already know, but in Italy we have the classic dish with eggplant called parmigiana which is fully ketogenic, no béchamel or meat tho (if you add them don’t say it in public where Italians could hear you)
