@Elizabeth yeah. It's a thing that home Growers use. The reflective stuff inside is there to reflect light from the grow light which you would hang on the top. It fully encloses the plant because the amount of light a cannabis plant gets determines what stage of life it's in, if it gets more than 14 hours of sunlight it goes into the vegetative stage and if it gets the less than it goes into the flowering stage. The hole at the bottom is for attaching a vent to remove excess Heat
