I think at #35c3, if anyone brings it up, I'm just going to say I'm Chilean. I'm traveling on that passport now anyway.

@nickfarrIt would work especially well if you say "I'm Chilean like Bob Dylean."

@nickfarr Years ago I had planed to say I'm Swiss when I wanted to travel with a friend of mine from Switzerland to Greece or one of the other countries fucked over by the German finance minister.

@nickfarr your toot initiates a simple thought / idea / assumption: Can you rate the reputation of a country by the ability to travel with it's passport?

@Nfoonf Not necessarily. It's half because most of the Americans I encounter I have so little in common with, half because I anticipate a big crisis that causes Americans to flee and be turned back by other countries.

@0xD There's a passport freedom index, but the tell reason for saying it is that I am so beyond wanting to defend what this country is doing I simply don't want to be associated with it anymore.

@freestate I kind of wish that was an option, but mostly it comes up when folks play the Amerikaner card on me, and usually not for nice reasons.

@nickfarr, you'd actually look quite convincing as member of a South American military junta, seehttp://tintin.wikia.com/wiki/Colonel_Sponsz
