@neauoire Would you consider this to be a piece of art as it has its own aesthetic?

@neauoire I'd love to have sound on this?... I don't know if you have any of your stuff online?

@BruceJia I think anyone can see art in anything. But I personally see this as a form that follows function so tightly that it looks artistic, or at least to have an intent.

@puffinus_puffinus This video of an old live of mine, might help to see what sounds will accompany that project.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vA3HI9kuaE

@neauoire Thanks! And wow, this is crazy stuff! The linked music and images is very cool. Everything has it's own image from the look of things? It also sounds a little limited though. You have only a handful of synths / noises from the sound of things. But still, I'm impressed! 😀

@neauoire Wow, I actually understand everything that's happening there now :)Is there a way to access different phases, or will every "raw" Bang always tick at the same time?

@freakazoid Actually, the B under the H, is a frozen bang, or a bang that bangs on every frame. Here's an example where bangs are generated at different intervals :)

@neauoire Ah, ok. I think "frame" is the word I was looking for. Everything happens at the granularity of a frame?Have you thought about off-frame timing yet? I guess you could have delayed bangs or something, or just use a higher frame rate, though that could get expensive. Or were you thinking of doing that at output time?

@freakazoid There's a BPM setting. I don't think I want to go in that direction. I like the by-frame lock, it's a good restriction to write tracker-type music with :)

@neauoire That makes sense. Sounds like your intent is to use constraints to foster creativity, kind of like Pico-8 does with games?
