       @thomasfuchs blows my mind to think I got my two old Mac SEs for maybe $10 total (yard sale and thrift store, before thrift stores wised up).Also I need to learn about removing the batteries and recapping because they’re probably destroying themselves on my shelf. Damn things are 30+ years old.

       @gb some old macs have the batteries in a holder, so you can replace them real easy; don’t know if the SE has that tho

       @thomasfuchs friend of mine said the SEs have them soldered in. 😬 Apparently you have to snip the connectors or something.
