Apparently Raleigh has these scooters everywhere. And people actually ride them. 🙄

@PhoneBoy I saw a bunch of the bikes near the housing projects. They must be bait for naive soon-to-be-robbed techies.

@PhoneBoy Looks like they’re giving those birds their brains back. Bluetooth and tracking trough the app didn’t work too well.

@PhoneBoy I feel like I'm in a horror movie. I see one of the new dump-a-bikes like 100 feet away. Then it feels like 70, then 50. Tommorow I'll be killed by a gang of them. I've never seen one being ridden, yet the keep appearing.

@PhoneBoy they're rolling them out all over the place. Can confirm Bloomington and Indianapolis, Indiana, Madison, WI.I've also noticed that they seem to be able to detect vandalism, and trucks come and rescue them pretty quickly when they're left lying in the street. There are forward cameras on the units -- these things are presumably actively vacuuming up ride footage.I'd love to brain one and dissect it.
