Fuck me. I feel like I've been running at 1000 mph since 10 am over some health issues with my mom. Then I had a live sound gig tonight that ended up being very challenging. I was hoping for an easy band so that I could phone it in, but that wasn't to be. It was a 4 piece bluegrass band with lots of instruments and requirements. I wasn't in the right headspace for it, but the show must go on. I made them sound like a fucking record, but I wish I could have enjoyed it more.

@djsundog Well, the mom thing was what it was. She getting treatment and she should be OK in a few days or a week. It wasnt life threatening so I had to go to work.

@RicardusI feel your pain. Last week I agreed to help a friend record a gig. It was supposed to be stress-free, but public transport screwed me over and then halfway through the friend accidentally lost some of the audio :(Also, that was the evening before a job interview! 😫Got the job though 😊
