       @citrustwee That was basically my reaction to every single food they had when I was there. At one point they served me pancakes with salty whipped cream. I had never been truly bewildered by a food item until that point.

       @citrustwee if you get out industrial bread, it's laced with sweet sweet high fructose corn syrup. If you go to some smaller bakeries, then you'll fine the classics

       @citrustweeIt honestly depends on what kind of bread you go for. There's Wonderbread,  then there's real bread. What I don't get is why all the whole grain stuff has dry oats and whatever just all over the outside. If I wanted unprocessed grain I'd just go buy a bag of animal feed and eat like a horse.
