       @bigegg @OfficialABBA it would immediately become the justification for every single terrible law either party wanted to ram through against the will of their constituents.  Best not to ask what giving Colgate-Palmolive naming rights to kids whose delivery was covered by Obamacare has to do with protecting future justices from harm.
