       Economy itself is predicated on agreement.  We barter on paper and exchange what amounts to a nebulous concept for goods and services.I wonder, pipe-dream perhaps but what would it take for society -as a whole- to, say, turn their backs on billionaires and say "Oh, dollars? Those are obsolete, sorry.  You're on your own."

       @Kyresti What it would take is: you'd have to organize a shadow-infrastructure, to give the entire working-class the material and logistical support they would need to abandon the ruling-class permanently, basically. IIRC this is part of what Maoists did in China and it's why their revolution succeeded
