       @neauoire Tighter rules for restricting membership to anticapitalists, with a lot of back and forth about what is defined as capitalist. It’s not even the content of the discussion (because I think most people make great points) but the whole thing makes me self-conscious and feel like I have to regularly explicitly signal my anticapitalist ideologies and I just do not want to overthink my toots that much.

       @neauoire well, yes, but the discussion is starting to include things like “people who own land” or “people who employ other people” and while i agree with the arguments that are being made and don’t fit those descriptions either, it makes me very self-aware
