Moons of moons could exist, and scientists call them 'moonmoons.'

Other suggested names for moons of moons are "moonlets" "submoons" "moonito". We still don't have a technical name for them, though the most popular on the internet is understandably "moonmoons"

Logically speaking, if a moonmoon had a moon, that would probably be called a moonmoonmoon.

@starwall Well that was a wasted opportunity to name them "square moons" and snuggle up to the mathematicians.
