@noelle This is bad for customers too because the stock options were a way to encourage employees to stick around (you need to stay there a certain amount of time to actually get them), now their turnover rate will go up and cause warehouse workers to make more mistakes. Corporations really need to do a better job factoring in the hidden costs of a high turnover rate, they’re losing more money by making their workers miserable.

@noelle Yea, they ran the numbers. Minimum wage at 15USD won’t mean jack when the student debt bubble pops and hyperinflation hits. Unless pegged to inflation, it’s a constantly losing game.
